Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Time & Reckoning offers refunds for real-money purchases under the conditions described below. Founder/Supporter contributions help fund the demo and its prize pool and are treated as voluntary support — they grant recognition, digital goods, and account perks, never an in-game competitive advantage. Virtual currency (Gold) earned through gameplay is not eligible for refund.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if: (a) you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase, (b) you did not receive the purchased tokens due to a technical error, or (c) the purchase was made within 14 days and the tokens have not been spent.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: digital goods (art/lore book, soundtrack, wallpapers) once the download has been accessed, character-slot expansions once applied to your account, tokens that have been fully or partially spent, items purchased with Gold or Tokens, event-exclusive or time-limited or limited-quantity items after delivery, and accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations. Founder/Supporter recognition perks are non-refundable once granted; deferred perks (e.g. cosmetics delivered when that system ships) remain owed to you.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@timereckoning.com with your account username, the date of purchase, the transaction ID from your payment provider, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorised chargeback with your bank may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We strongly encourage resolving disputes directly with our support team before contacting your payment provider.
